Some open the door to relaxation, others to repair what is just out of balance.<\/p>\n<p>Reflexology and its sister modalities (acupressure, Pai Da, etc.) are techniques that reduce stress, improve flows in the body and drive the body to regenerate. After this workshop, you will discover how you can easily regain balance and feel proficient in your daily well-being.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the presenter:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ksenia Wa\u0142ek - Certified reflexotherapist at the International Academy of Reflexology and Meridian Therapy in Warsaw, who helps her clients regain their balance by supporting natural regenerative processes on a daily basis.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to her work in her practice, she is also a populariser of reflexology. She has repeatedly had the opportunity to promote reflexotherapy and a healthy lifestyle in the media (\u201eQuestion for breakfast\u201d TVP, \u201eNa dobry wiecz\u00f3r\u201d Silver TV), educational
