Activity description:
Qigong & Tai Chi for women - getting back to yourself
You are invited to an hour-long workshop of gentle movement, breathing and energy work, inspired by qigong and tai chi, guided in the flow of femininity and inner harmony.
It is a space where, through mindful movement and conscious breathing, you return to your centre - to your body, intuition and deep peace. The practice supports the regulation of the nervous system, strengthens flexibility (both physical and emotional) and restores a sense of stability and being „here and now”.
Allow yourself to slow down, feel the flow of energy and open up to the natural wisdom of your body.
About the presenter:
Malwina Stach - A graduate in psychology from Jagiellonian University, an adept in Tai Chi and Qi Gong, studying under masters of the Shaolin tradition, exploring the art of natural movement, regulation of the nervous system and harmonisation of vital energy (Qi). She integrates these practices with psychological knowledge to create an embodied, therapeutic approach to well-being and self-discovery.
Teacher of Conscious Dreaming, Graduate in Silva Method and cellular music therapy. Hatha Yoga and meditation instructor.
He has been travelling for 25 years, exploring the practices and wisdom of indigenous Eastern cultures.
