About the presenter:

Alicja Lukasiewicz - She is an expert in the field of sexual health, body and breath work. In her work, she combines substantive competence with a deep attentiveness to the human being, creating a space where professionalism meets tenderness and knowledge meets intuition and body experience.

She holds a degree in Practical Sexology from SWPS and a degree from the Academy of Sexual Health, which provides a solid foundation for her work with women and couples in the areas of intimacy, relationships and connection. As a body therapist, an instructor of the Butejka breathing method and the specialised pelvic floor muscle training „Free the Body”, she supports women in getting back in touch with their feminine centre - a source of health, peace, balance and inner strength.

Her approach is based on a harmonious combination of sound knowledge, somatic practice and the energy aspect. She believes that true transformation happens when we return to the body with mindfulness, learn to read its signals and discover its wisdom.

First and foremost, she is a woman - and this resonates most strongly in her work. It is present in her everyday life, in her relationships and in the way she listens, guides and accompanies other women in their process.

She believes that feeling the body is the key to health, deep self-knowledge and full self-acceptance - one of the most valuable resources we can return to.

She is a fan of synergy and experiencing on all levels - a place where breath, emotions and energy come together in conscious contact with the body. It is in this synergy that true connection with each other is born.

We move through different qualities of movement: from subtle to more dynamic.

- FLOW - kundalini yoga
- FUNDAMENT - pelvic floor muscle work
- LESSON - laughter yoga
- ROOTS - Slavic gymnastics
- FEELING - self-massage and reflexology
- EXPRESSION - flamenco (with fans)
- SENSUALITY - tango solo

📍 We meet in the intimate, beautiful space of LiveDeep Studio in the centre of Warsaw.
After the movement part, we still stay together for a quiet closing of the meeting and conversation. 💛

🌿 How to prepare:
Wear something comfortable that doesn't put pressure on your body.
Preferably natural fabrics in which you can breathe and move freely.
If you want, you can experience the movement in a dress from DomiSol.✨ A limited number of gowns will be available on site (it's best to let us know when you sign up if you want to take advantage of this option).
